Clinical Lead | M.A., NCC, LCMHC-A, LCAS-A
Hello! I’m Lindsey.
There aren’t many problems I shy away from when it comes to helping people.
I am passionate about encouraging individuals to live in the solution rather than the problem. This is reflected in my therapeutic style, which blends direct communication, empathy, authenticity, and—always—a touch of humor.
I specialize in treating chemical dependency, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Eclectic in my approach, I tailor the strategies I use to fit each client, starting with truly getting to know them.
As a therapist, I view our work as a collaborative service. You have a voice in what you need, and my office is a space that belongs to you. I recognize that expressing feelings, practicing self-advocacy, finding motivation, making changes, and pursuing sobriety can all be deeply challenging, and I strive to support clients through each of those steps.
