Ashley Frady
Primary Therapist | LCMHC, LCAS-A
Since 2021, I have been dedicated to the field of addiction treatment, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. My experience includes working in both community mental health and inpatient settings throughout Western North Carolina.
In my clinical work, I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients in their recovery and personal growth. I am passionate about creating a safe, person-centered space where individuals can explore their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for lasting wellness.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy being creative, caring for my many houseplants, spending time with my two cats, and exploring new music.
