Ashley Frady is a Primary Therapist (LCMHC, LCAS-A) at Otter House Wellness and has worked in the field of addiction treatment since 2021, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Her experience spans both community mental health and inpatient treatment settings throughout Western North Carolina, allowing her to support clients across multiple levels of care.
In her clinical work, Ashley utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to create a safe, person-centered space where clients can explore their strengths, build effective coping strategies, and establish a foundation for lasting wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys creative projects, caring for her houseplants, spending time with her two cats, and discovering new music.
