Britt Dunlap serves as the Vice President of Admissions and Business Development at Otter House Wellness, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and expansion efforts across the organization. In her role, Britt focuses on developing and strengthening key partnerships, optimizing admissions processes, and supporting the long-term scalability of Otter House Wellness’s programs and services.

With 18 years of experience in business development, Britt has worked with major corporations to drive strategic initiatives, build high-impact relationships, and support sustainable organizational growth. Her leadership approach is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on building systems that allow programs and teams to grow with integrity.

Britt is an active member of the recovery community and has been sober since January 18, 2020. She brings a unique perspective to her leadership by integrating her professional expertise with lived experience, contributing meaningfully to program development and organizational expansion within the recovery space.

She is also a proud mother of three daughters, ages 20, 17, and 16, and values creating a home and rebuilding relationships with family—opportunities made possible through her continued commitment to recovery.
