Erika Ayers is passionate about helping others and has dedicated her career to the substance abuse and mental health treatment field. With a background as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), she always felt called to support people in need. However, it wasn’t until her own journey through addiction and recovery that she found her true purpose—guiding others toward healing and transformation. Her lived experience allows her to connect with individuals on a deeper level, providing them with the compassion and understanding they need.

Beyond her professional work, Erika is a proud mother of two daughters, a loving grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, and loves her two sons-in-law. She finds joy in coaching volleyball, hiking, socializing, and reading. When she’s not working or engaging in her favorite activities, she cherishes quiet moments spent with her beloved Chihuahua, Denali. Erika’s mission is to inspire hope and resilience in others, proving that transformation is always possible.
